Making Healthy Food Choices

In today's fast paced and insta lifestyle, we are bombarded with food choices, but how many of them are actually good for us? Walking down any isle in the super market one can be astonished to see the number of artificial and preservative filled foods available. The hard part is, all the foods which usually look and taste great are normally the ones which hit our mid section and health the most as they can be loaded with sugars and unhealthy food additives.

So, how do we choose what is good and what is not?

As a simple rule of thumb, try to eat as much whole, real foods as possible, vegetables, fruits, and grains are normally low in fat and have no cholesterol. Most are great sources of dietary fiber, complex carbs, and vitamins. Good quality meats cooked using simple methods also get digested well.

Snacking on nuts and seeds as well fruits can power you in between meals without letting your body crave unhealthy foods.

Foods that are high in soluble fiber are a great choice as well.  Examples include oat bran, oatmeal, beans, peas, rice bran, barley, and even apple pulp.
As a meal prep business our main aim is to provide you with all the essential nutrients from real food.
We do not use any preservatives, chemicals and additives to enhance our meals, we believe in giving you food which makes you look and feed good.

We do the work in the kitchen and ensure you have the food you need, when you need it.
