How to use

1. Defrost meat in fridge overnight.

2. Put meat in pouch in hot water for 7-10 minutes.

3. Cut open the pouch and remove the lamb shank.

4. Place lamb shank in a bowl and pour the sauce/juice over it.

5. Heat in microwave for 2 minutes, turn the lamb shank over and reheat for 1.5 minutes,

6. Ready to serve.
