    You will receive 5 meals from the Active Range which you should use for Lunch and 5 meals from the Low Carb Range which is suggested for Dinner for 5 days of the week. You can add a protein snack bar to consume between lunch and dinner.

    Simply add additional meals from the menu if you want meals for days 6 and 7 for the week.

  • STREAM B: 1800-2100 Cals

    You will receive 10 meals from our Active Range which are 350g, well balanced meals and these will serve as Lunch and Dinner options. Add a smoothie and a protein bar for your breakfast and snack options.

    Simply add additional meals from the menu if you want meals for days 6 and 7 for the week.

  • STREAM C: 2100-2400 Cals

    You will receive 10 meals from our Swole range which will serve as lunch and dinner for 5 days of the week. These can also be eaten as pre and post workout meals. Combine these with a protein smoothie and protein bar to power through the day and workout. If you need even more protein, add one of our Protein packs to the order for extra fuel.

The meals in the gyms are a separate offer to our online service, as this is the stock they sell to the members who wish you buy meals as needed.

can i meal prep myself?

For sure, that is is the end GOAL we want to achieve, to allow you to learn how to meal prep and stay on track. However, we find, many people lose motivation when they realise how much time this takes. This is where we can come in. If you are keen to give it a go, you can also buy our PROTEIN PACKS to assist with you own prepping and just portion the meat and cook up your own carbs.

the meals are out of my budget

We appreciate that out sourcing your meals can seem expensive at first. When you consider the time you will get back, the variety of meals on hand as well as the short time frame of just 8 weeks you have to potentially change your body, we encourage you to look at this as an investment into your own health rather than a cost. We want to be on this journey with you and help you achieve your goals rather than stall or fail because you could not dial in the nutrition side of the challenge.
