100g SwoleFoods Prep Pack Pulled Pork, defrosted
3 soft Tortillas, warmed
60g Sweetcorn, grilled
15g Red Onion, diced
40g cherry tomatoes, diced
30ml Chipotle Mayonnaise
1 Handful Fresh Coriander

1. Grill sweetcorn cob over a medium heat until kernels become lightly charred
2. Spread pulled pork on warmed tortillas
3. Top with corn, tomato, red onion, chopped coriander and your favourite chipotle mayo
