How It Works
Food Delivery Information
We deliver everywhere in New Zealand except to rural addresses. If you live rurally and would like to place an order for our ready made meals, you can see if we deliver to your area. If you're still having trouble, we're happy to help; please contact us before placing your order to ensure that everything arrives smoothly.

Delivery Schedule
We use a private refrigerated courier for the following locations:
For Auckland
Order Monday - delivered by 7pm on Wednesday
Order Tuesday - delivered by 7pm Thursday
Order Wednesday - delivered by 7pm Friday
Order Thursday to Sunday - delivered by 7pm Tuesday the following week
PLEASE NOTE: The above times are on a normal schedule and may change based on public holidays and factors beyond our control causing delays. We are unable to guarantee a specific delivery time as it depends on the courier run to your area.
For Waikato Region, Hamilton,
Delivery days are Wednesday and Friday by 7pm(order by 9pm on Monday the same week).
For Cambridge, Morrinsville Matamata, Tauranga, Mount Maunganui, Papamoa, Te Puke etc
Delivery day is Thursday by 7pm. (order by 9pm on Tuesday the same week).
For Rotorua
Delivery day is Thursday by 7pm. (order by 9pm on Tuesday the same week).
We use NZ Post Overnight Express service for the rest of NZ
Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery from date of order so we can process and dispatch order for Overnight Delivery.
The time that your order is delivered will vary depending on the schedule of your local courier.

Frequently Asked questions?
DO YOU DO RURAL DELIVERY?
Unfortunately at this stage we do not deliver to Rural Addresses, due to the Perishable nature of the meals and the uncertain time frame for the delivery by Courier Post. We cannot guarantee the meals will arrive chilled. We prefer if you are able to arrange an alternate non rural delivery address for your order.
NOTE: if you have placed an order for a rural delivery address this is at your own risk and we cannot refund, re deliver to you if the meals are not delivered by NZpost.
My Tracking link does not work?
For some delivery zones we use a private refrigerated courier company and while our system prints the courier post address label ( which generates the tracking link) the private company uses this for address purposes only.
They are not linked to the NZPost system and we are able to give you updates on the delivery status either by phone or email at orders@swolefoods.co.nz
What if I am not home when the courier delivers?
It is always best to make sure someone is at home to recieve the meals so that they can be stored in the fridge or freezer right away. However, in the case where there is no one at home the couriers are instructed to leave the box at a safe spot near your door step.
I spent over $230 but did not get free shipping?
Our Free shipping for orders over $230 is to Auckland deliveries only and to one off orders only. Subscription orders save at least 10% on the price of the meals and may be charged a delivery fee to Auckland.
However, if you have used a Discount Code on your order, the system will give you the higher discount of the two, IE: free shipping or the Value of the discount from your code. To qualify for free hipping the final value of the order needs to be higher than $230 after any discount code is used.
