Pulled Pork Burrito Bowl Recipe
A great way to enjoy the flavours of a burrito, but with less carbs. Feel free to add any extra vegetables that are in season.

100g SwoleFoods Prep Pack Pulled Pork, warmed through
2 Hamburger buns
15g BBQ Sauce
15g Mayonnaise
50g Cabbage, shredded
20g Tomato, sliced
10g Red onion, sliced
2 Lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions
1. Place burger buns in a dry pan on medium high heat until lightly toasted
2. Take the shredded cabbage and mix through with mayonnaise. Season with salt and black pepper to taste
3. Assemble your burgers by spreading BBQ sauce on both buns. Layer with lettuce, warmed pulled pork, tomatoes, red onion and cabbage.
