Pulled Pork Burrito Bowl Recipe
A great way to enjoy the flavours of a burrito, but with less carbs. Feel free to add any extra vegetables that are in season.
Ingredients List
100g SwoleFoods Prep Pack Pulled Pork, defrosted
10ml sweet soy sauce
15ml oyster sauce
5ml sesame oil
5g grated ginger
5g grated garlic
1 head baby cos lettuce, leaves separated
50g superfood coleslaw mix (anything store bought will be fine)
1 red chilli, finely sliced
15g spring onion, finely sliced
Handful fresh mint & fresh coriander
Cooking Instructions
1. In a medium hot pan, add sesame oil, ginger and garlic and cook for a minute or two
2. Break up your pork and add to the pan to warm through, along with soy sauce and oyster sauce
3. Take your separated lettuce leaves and add a spoonful of meat mixture to each
4. Top with coleslaw, spring onion and herbs, and add chilli to taste
