Very good!

It was a good intro to Swole Foods. I have tried a few different places with different price range but Swole Foods is definitely the best! My partner is pretty fussy with food but he enjoyed it as well.
Pros- I think the best about the Swole Foods is that you can tell the quality is good - good ingredient - but also it tastes good. It also has wide range of the menu.
I am a 167cm 57kg woman - I had these at work from morning tea to afternoon tea. Cons- But I am not sure if it would be big enough for men.

Good choices

I bought this as a friend was raving about the meals but i was unsure which size is best for me. Tried them all and have ordered the performance pack, as i need to get swole.

nice way to try

I didn't know which meal sizes were going to be good for me so ordered this set. Meals were nice and got to try the different sizes. I will order Swole Range for myself.
