Have seen some great results sticking to the meal plan

I must say, just trust and start. I was struggling for many months to shed my kilos, and cooking separately for myself was always a challenge. I looked for various options online, and with fingers crossed, I ordered a weight loss kit. Here we go! Within a week, I started noticing a change and continued for a few more weeks. Now, after receiving compliments from my friends and colleagues, I can only say: just don't think, just order. I did feel a bit monotonous in between, but I must say, with results comes determination. I fully recommend this!

I fully recommend getting the Swolefoods meals, the majority taste nice. My favourite ones are the chicken and pasta, mac n cheese meals.
