great food ideal for disabled and elderly couple

Pretty bland and average. Servings very small for my husband.

Great service, very nutritional and delicious, always delivered on time. Lost 4 kilos in 4 weeks on this food plan.

Really easy with 10 meals. I dont need to think about what im going to have, the convenience is wonderful.
Just a bit on the expensive side though, I cant keep this up every week.
